Guru Yoga: A Mind Treasure of The Very Venerable Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche
by Lama Drimed Lodro
Lama Drimed will transmit a precious mind treasure revealed by HH Jigme Phontsok Rinpoche – a concise but extremely beneficial practice of Guru Yoga. Longchenpa, the Omniscient Dharma King, in his Finding Rest from Illusion, wrote: “In practices such as those of the generation and perfection phases, it is not the nature of those paths itself that brings liberation, for that depends on other factors, such as how one makes it a living experience and deepens one’s practice. In Guru Yoga, however, the path – by its very nature alone – awakens the realization of the natural state within one and brings liberation. For that reason Guru Yoga is the most profound of all paths.”
Time: April 9th, 2006 Sunday, 2-5 p.m.
(potluck from 5-7 p.m., followed by the ongoing Tibetan Class from 7-9 p.m.)
April 22nd , 2006 Saturday Tibetan class cancelled
Place: 15456 Chelsea Dr., San Jose, CA 95124
